What are the building operating hours?

Capital Place operates 24/7 for tenants with authorized access. Standard office operating hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturdays. After-hours operations require prior registration with Building Management. .

Security & Building Operations

Is security available 24/7? 

Yes. Security services are available 24/7 to support a safe, secure, and professionally managed environment for tenants and visitors. Access is monitored in accordance with the building’s security and access control procedures.  

Are there rules for deliveries and moving works?

Yes. Deliveries, move-ins and move-outs, and the transportation of large items are subject to the building’s operational procedures, including designated routes, service lift availability, approved working hours, and prior coordination with Building Management. These procedures help ensure smooth building operations while minimizing disruption to other tenants.

How can tenants and visitors access the building?

Tenants and visitors can access Capital Place building through the main designated entrances and reception areas, with dedicated drop-off zones and parking facilities available for convenient arrival. Visitor access is managed through the building’s security and registration procedures. 

The Lieu Giai entrance serves as the main drop-off point with direct access to the Grand Lobby.

The Kim Ma entrance provides a pedestrian access viapoint with an elevators system connecting directly to the B1 service basement.

Are visiting guests allowed to take souvenir photos in the main lobby or film inside the building?

Visitors may take casual photos using personal mobile phones in tenants’ private office areas (with the tenant’s permission) and the Grand Lobby. 

However, for security and confidentiality reasons, the use of professional cameras, tripods, or other professional filming equipment, as well as commercial photography or  filming in common areas (such as corridors, elevators, or parking garages), requires prior registration and written approval from the Building Management.

About The Privilege Card

 What is the Capital Place Privilege Card?

The Capital Place Privilege Card is part of Capital Place’s loyalty program, exclusively offered to active office tenants throughout the duration of their Lease Agreement.

 What facilities can the Capital Place Privilege Card be used for?

The card is used for access to the gym area at Akademy Fitness, Basement 1, Capital Place. Cardholders can use the exercise equipment, machines, and facilities (“Exercise Equipment”) without any fee, except for the Pilates/Group X/Yoga area and the specialized equipment there in.

How many people can use each Capital Place Privilege Card?

Each Capital Place Privilege Card is valid for use by one individual only

How can I access the gym?

You need to present a valid Capital Place Privilege Card to use the facilities. Please contact your company’s Tenant Representative to use the card and fully comply with the rules and regulations issued by Akademy Fitness and Building Management.

Is the Capital Place Privilege Card transferable or redeemable for cash?

The card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 In the event that the company terminates its Lease Agreement at Capital Place, what should I do?

Please return the Capital Place Privilege Card to the Building Management.

What should I do if I lose Capital Place Privilege Card?

Please contact Building Management for support in reissuing a new card and settling the compensation fee of VND 200,000 (excluding VAT).
