Green Station: Encouraging greener everyday habits at Capital Place

As Hanoi’s first dual LEED-certified office building, Capital Place continues to strengthen our long-term commitment to sustainability through the launch of Green Station – a purposefully designed recycling station located at the Kim Ma entrance.

More than a functional recycling point, Green Station is envisioned as a long-term environmental initiative that promotes mindful living, encourages community participation, and reinforces Capital Place’s green identity through everyday interaction.

Designed as an accessible touchpoint within a high-traffic public area, the station supports responsible sorting and collection across multiple recyclable categories while raising awareness around environmentally conscious habits among tenants and visitors alike..

The Green Station reflects Capital Place’s broader ESG commitment – combining environmental responsibility with community engagement to create a more mindful and sustainable environment, continues to advance greener practices and encourages a more environmentally conscious workplace community.

Every Drop Saves: Capital Place continues the annual Blood Donation initiative

Capital Place proudly continues our annual Blood Donation Day for the fourth consecutive year, reaffirming its ongoing commitment to community care, social responsibility, and meaningful collective impact.

Organized in collaboration with the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion (NIHBT) alongside valued partners including Standard Chartered, KB Securities, TOTO, MUFG and Visaho, the initiative once again brought together tenants, partners, and Capital Place community through a shared spirit of compassion and solidarity.

This year’s program welcomed more than 200 participants and successfully collected nearly 200 blood units – each contribution representing meaningful support for patients and medical needs across the community.

As part of Capital Place’s broader wellness and CSR journey, the annual initiative reflects the belief that even small acts of kindness can create lasting positive impact. Beyond the numbers, the event also became a meaningful moment of connection, with many participants sharing heartfelt testimonials about the importance of giving back and supporting the community together.

Capital Place would like to express sincere appreciation to the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion and all participating partners for their continued collaboration and support in making this initiative possible year after year.

Through Every Drop Saves, Capital Place continues to foster a workplace community built on care, responsibility, and shared purpose — where meaningful impact begins with collective action.

Capital Place continues to strengthen workplace safety through annual First Aid Training

As part of our ongoing commitment to workplace safety and tenant well-being, Capital Place continues to organize the annual First Aid Training program, equipping tenants with practical emergency response knowledge and essential life-saving skills.

This year’s program was conducted with the professional guidance of the expert team from Wellbeing, further strengthening Capital Place’s proactive safety culture and preparedness standards across the building community.

For 2026, the training program has been comprehensively enhanced in alignment with the latest American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines, ensuring internationally updated methodologies and best practices in first aid response.

Beyond theoretical knowledge, the training placed stronger emphasis on practical application and real-life response capability. Participants directly performing key emergency response techniques under professional guidance. From CPR exercises to situational response handling, the program was designed to create a more hands-on, engaging, and workplace-relevant learning experience.

The session also received many positive responses from participants, who appreciated the practical nature of the training and its meaningful value in supporting both workplace and community safety.

Through initiatives such as First Aid Training, Capital Place continues to foster a safer, more prepared, and more resilient workplace environment for the tenant community.
