n 5 November, the “Exclusive Preview of Capital Place – A Beacon for Modern Hanoi” took place at 29 Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh, Hanoi and welcomed more than 120 guests.

This is the first time the developer has organized an exclusive preview of the project after two years of construction. The event was hosted for honored guests, strategic partners and representatives from leading domestic and foreign corporations.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Ronald Tay, CEO of CapitaLand Vietnam said: “Capital Place is CapitaLand's first office building in Hanoi. He also assessed the completion timing of Capital Place could not have been better. Initially seeking to deliver to both workers and visitors a new experience and a new definition to the term “office space” in Hanoi, the recent events shadowing the global economy have further increased the relevance and strengthened the need for a product like Capital Place.
