About Capital Place Ha Noi

PROJECT VISION

Set to sail in Summer 2020, Capital Place provides over 93,000m² of Grade A offices ideal for local and international businesses. Offering superior design, specification, tenant mix, and property management; it is proudly the first building in Hanoi to acquire the LEED certificate.

THE DESIGN

Drawing inspiration from a local legend, the building seeks to emulate a live dancing dragon into its architecture and exterior glass orientation. It stands to exhibit the legendary inspiration and serve as an iconic new beacon for the city skyline.
